Little Miss Spider

Little Miss Spider books have been a favorite of Shoshannah's since we brought her home. Many of the books she can quote parts of the story. Well, on Tuesday our library had a visit from Little Miss Spider so we took Shoshannah. It was a cute time. They read a couple of books, sang some songs, had a puppet show and then a spider craft. Shoshannah participated in all the activities, but after a while I could tell that all the noise and people were beginning to get to her. So thankfully Miss Spider made her appearance. I had the camera ready, Arielle and Danielle were right there with her ready to snatch her up should she panic. But no, she went right up hugged Miss Spider and had to be made to come away. YEAH!

Words From a Three Year Old

Shoshannah keeps us laughing and I thought I would begin to share her words with you all.

January 18,2010

Shoshannah was being very bossy towards her dad, and he said you are being awfully bossy. Shoshannah asked what being bossy meant? Craig told her and she said,"I like being bossy!" I really think she meant it for she is very good at being bossy.

While in Aiken SC, she wanted to go back to her grandma and papa's. We told her we were leaving soon, Her response lets get on the road and NO LOOKING BACK!

We were riding in van to pick up Co op food. Shoshannah asked me "Can anything stop you from loving me." I said no. She said not even when I am disobedient. I said not even then (this is a converstion we have daily) She said," I need to be sweet, loving and kind right? I said yes, She said That will be honoring to God! I said yes, She says," I am a genius!" I just laughed and said yes!

January 21, 2009 Scene: I was putting Shoshannah to bed and I had prayed now it was her turn. "GOD, I want to tell you something GOD about my people."
